For everyone each tattoo has its own meaning. Tattoos are special impressions which one etches on his body to mark an occasion or in memory of someone.
pepo e cami had submitted this back tattoo on flickr. We see black picture of four men, I guess… they are dancing. May the meaning is something else for the wearer.

i believe that these are the beatles, from the album “Help”, with the four band members spelling out ‘help’ in flag semaphore.
